About the Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden
The area is around 119 acres, and home to more than 1,900 animals. The zoo began in 2002 as Wheeler Park Zoo and was changed to the Lincoln Park Zoo in 1920. The zoo has a children’s zoo, Oklahoma Trails, and a Butterfly Garden among many other exhibits. They offer a 50% discount to members of the military and up to 4 guests.
