April is the Month of the Military Child. To celebrate, here is a list of military discounts that kids will love to use this month, and all year long.

Chuck-E-Cheese

Chuck-E-Cheese is an indoor play place with games, entertainment, and food. They offer a couple of packages to military guests. Active duty and their dependents, national guard and reservists and their dependents, and retired service members qualify. You would just need to show your CAC, Uniformed Service ID, or Dependent ID.

You can choose between:

  • The Alpha package which is a large 1-topping pizza, 4 drinks, and 45 play points for $28.99, when the regular price is $33.99.
  • The Bravo Package which is 2 large 1-topping pizzas, 4 drinks, and 100 play points for $46.99, when the regular price is $57.99.

Regal Theaters

Regal Theaters offers a military discount at certain theaters, which is usually about $1 off of the regular ticket price. The discount is for veterans, and, active or retired military. You must show your military ID to receive the discount.

AMC Theaters

AMC Theaters offers a military discount to save at least 10% off the price of an evening ticket. The discount is only valid at participating theaters and you will need to show your military ID.

Carter’s and Oshkosh

Carter’s and Oshkosh are both children’s clothing stores. They offer free shipping to APO and FPO mailboxes on orders over $50.

JoAnn Fabrics

JoAnn Fabrics is a craft, fabric, and home decor store. They offer 15% off your total purchase. Their military discount is for current or honorably discharged veterans, reserves, or national guard and their spouses and children. You can use this discount with other coupons.

Pottery Barn Kids

Pottery Barn Kids sells kids and baby furniture, bedding, and toys. All active and retired military personnel and their families can receive 15% off their entire purchase. This discount is not valid on special pricing, and clearance items ending in $.99 or $.97, as well as certain brands.

Enfamil

Enfamil is a formula company. They offer 10% off selected products and offer free shipping for orders over $50. You would need to get verified, then you will receive a one-time discount code to apply at checkout. You can get a new code on another day, and any day you would want to place an order for continued savings.

Baby Tula

Baby Tula offers baby carriers, backpacks and lunch boxes for babies and small children. They offer a 15% off military discounts on their products. You will verify your military discount, and then apply the discount code. This military discount is valid for active duty, veterans, and retired military. The discount is not valid on sale items.

Great Wolf Lodge

Great Wolf Lodge is a hotel with a water park inside. They have a Howlin’ Heroes Offer to include all military, active or retired. You can save up to 30% with this offer.

Jellystone Campgrounds

Jellystone Campgrounds is a fun place to camp with kids. Some of the parks have “Hero Weekends” with special activities and offers to military and first responders. In addition, different locations have different discounts available. For example, at Estes Park in Colorado, you can receive 15% off, at the park in Austin, Minnesota, you can receive 10% off. You will need to show your military discount at check-in.

Mattel Toy Store

Mattel is one of the most popular toy makers and they do offer a 30% military discount on non-sale items. You can also receive advanced notification of sales and be invited to exclusive shopping opportunities.

American Girl

American Girl sells dolls, doll supplies, and books to go along with them. They do offer a 15% off military discount to active duty, retirees, veterans, and military spouses and dependents. Available at the American Girl locations.

They also have a relationship with the Navy Exchange (NEX), which sells a curated assortment of products at approximately a dozen NEX locations throughout the U.S. and internationally. They also sell their WellieWishers™ products through select Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) and Marine Corp Exchange (MCX) locations.

GameStop

GameStop, for new and used games and more, offers a 10% off military discount on all new video games, accessories, all pre-owned games, hardware and accessories, and all collectibles. This discount is for in-store only, with a proper military ID. You can, however, verify online with ID.me. It does not apply to sales, clearance or other promotional items.

In addition to these discounts, many amusement parks offer a military discount as well. You can find them at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Knott’s Berry Farm, Sea World, Six Flags, and Universal Studios.
