What is the GM Military Discount?

They offer exclusive pricing on buying or leasing eligible, new vehicles. Many new and unused GM cars, SUVs, crossovers, mid-size, light-duty, and HD pickup trucks and passenger cargo vans qualify.  This includes models from Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac.  You can find a list of the current eligible vehicles here.

You can purchase up to two new and unused GM vehicles per calendar year and you will need to keep the vehicle for at least six months.

  • Active Duty
  • Reservists
  • National Guard
  • Veterans – within three years of discharge date
  • Retirees
  • Spouses and household members can also qualify.

How Do You Get the Discount?

In order to receive this discount you will need to verify your military service with ID.ME. You would need to then bring your authorization number from ID.Me and bring it to the dealer when you go to buy or lease your car.

Can This Discount Be Used Online?

No, you would need to bring your verification to the dealership.
